If you are in the Caribbean and you dont want to deal with shipping companies or currency conversion - we have a potential solution for you. There is a more directed way to get your JC product. please send us a Email ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) and we will assist in getting you your desired item.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
HOW DO I DETERMINE IF AN ITEM WILL FIT?In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on every product page:
- Photos and Fit Details are on the product page for every item on our website.
- A size guide is also included with measurements of the specific product. (Measurements are in inches, unless otherwise noted)
- Our Customer Support team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptions, details and videos (where applicable) on our website are correct and accurate. Slight differences in measurements, color and texture may occur. If for any reason you are not satified with a product please send us an Email within 3 days of delivery so that we can facilitate an exchange. See our return policy below.
As a custom print outfit, we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are willing to make an exchange for any of our product(s) of equal or lesser value. This does not include shipping and handling fees. Items should be returned in original condition and packaging, along with the original on package receipt. This must be returned within 10 business days of product's delivery date. To return the item you purchased, please send us an email (email@example.com) and mail the package to the address on your receipt.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders are processed Monday-Friday (Excluding major holidays) and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive an E-mail with your tracking information.
- Allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update and to issue an estimated delivery date.
- Due to COVID-19 and you may experience delays as we have had to adapt our fulfillment processes to keep our staff safe.
I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS CAN I COMBINE THEM? Once your order is placed we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders. Items have different prep times and are often shipped right after they are completed, this makes it difficult to combine orders.
E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24-48 hours of delivery with detailed images of the product(s) in question and the packing/invoice slip. We will review the images and resolve the issue.CAN I UPDATE THE SHIPPING METHOD ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order is processed and sent off the shipping method cannot be updated. That part of the process is bot handled by our team.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, Orders shipped outsideh the United States will be subject to:
- Customs duties/taxes (Non-Refundable)
- International Customers can expect shipping times of 21 business days and sometimes more
- We work with a combination of International shippers and local post agencies to get you your package.
- Tracking info is always provided for our orders and you will be able to follow your item as it makes it's way to you. ( please note that tracking data may take some time to update)
WHAT TAXES ARE APPLICABLE?
Domestic Tax where applicable. We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to :
- CA, CO, GA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OK, PN, WA.
- The rate applied to these states may be subject to local tax.
- In the US: Sales tax is not charged on orders shipping to addresses outside of the States listed.
International Tax and fees where applicable. Each territory has its own set of rules and possible charges that are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and policy updates.
- Duty Charges and sales taxes are often charged for packages shipped internationally ( eg. VAT in the UK)
- Freight charges may also apply.
DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING? Yes, it is unavoidable for us on some items. Whenever possible we illiminate the shipping fees. We offer both a Standard and Express service. We Ship internationally and to all 50 mainland states.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT? A shipping confirmation E-mail is typically sent once your order has shipped. Allow 3-5 business days. *If not received Please check your Spam folder and send us a quick e-mail ( email@example.com )
Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates. Movements and accurate location data may also be delayed as your package makes it way to you.
MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Allow 48 hours after the stated delivery time. If your package has still not been delivered, contact us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
- mrjonathancrowe.com displays real time-inventory. If an item isn't on our website, we will update as soon as new stock is made - you can email us email@example.com. for updates.
SALES & SALE DATES
We celebrate great Caribbean moments and as such we have an Emancipation Day sale every year for the first week in August. We also have a sale the first weekend in September in honor of the Caribbean-American Day Parade and to celebrate the splash of Caribbean pride during the Summer Bank holiday in the UK.
